Smooth and customer-friendly check-in is crucial for efficient passenger handling. This training prepares new employees in check-in and boarding teams for all aspects of the check-in process. Participants learn about aviation security, passport and visa checks, fraud detection and dealing with challenging passengers. Process skills and essential soft skills are also covered. The course lasts 8 days and is taught in English, Dutch and French. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of attendance.
