Fuel tank safety is essential for working safely with fuel tanks at airports. This course provides both theoretical and practical knowledge on fuel tank safety, including ignition prevention and systems to reduce flammability. The course also covers fuel tank maintenance and inspection procedures and electronic wiring systems (EWIS). The course is designed for airside access personnel and meets EASA requirements. It lasts about 6 hours and concludes with an exam. The training is available in English.

This Fuel Tank Safety Training initial Course includes theoretical and practical Fuel Tank Safety elements and is developed to meet the EASA part 145.A.30(e), part M.A.706(f) Personnel Requirements and EASA part 145.B.10 (3) and part M.B.102(c) Competent Authority (Qualification and training requirements). This course takes about 6 hours to complete.
