Leadership, a profession on its own

Short summary

Leadership is more than just holding a position-it requires insight, communication styles and the right approach to motivate and manage a team. During this practical 4-day (24-hour) course, you will develop essential leadership skills to manage teams more effectively and achieve goals. You will learn about different coaching styles, how to turn resistance into cooperation and how to build a strong and motivated team. The training is classroom-based, taught in Dutch and concludes with a certificate of participation.
