AHLEX is the educational and experience platform of Brussels Airport, dedicated to raising awareness, skills, and engagement across the aviation ecosystem. To strengthen our aviation security training portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Aviation Security Trainer.
Your role
As an Aviation Security Training Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aviation security training in accordance with EU Regulation 2015/1998 and the applicable national aviation security programme.
Your profile
You have:
- Proven experience in aviation security training within an airport or aviation environment
- Strong knowledge of EU Regulation 2015/1998 and aviation security requirements
- Experience with initial training programmes
- Insight into human factors and security culture
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences in a clear and professional manner
You are:
- Pedagogically strong and audience-oriented
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Passionate about aviation security and awareness-building
- Flexible and able to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
