Your Mission
As a Training & Services Coordination Officer, you ensure the smooth operational execution of our training programs and services. You are the central link between planning, logistics, communication, and administration—creating a seamless and professional learning experience for all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Training & Planning
- You coordinate and schedule trainings and services
- You handle all logistics (rooms, trainers, materials, catering, IT support)
- You manage the training calendar and related administration
- You support participants via our LMS (registration, access, questions)
Quality & Follow-up
- You monitor the quality of trainings and processes
- You collect and analyse feedback from participants and trainers
- You support audits and improvement actions
- You ensure accurate administration (attendance, certificates)
Communication & Collaboration
- You are the main point of contact for trainers, participants, and partners
- You communicate clearly about planning and practical information
- You support marketing with information on trainings and events
- You answer questions in a customer-focused way
Administration & Support
- You manage databases (participants, trainers, suppliers)
- You create certificates and follow up on documentation
- You assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and purchases
- You prepare simple proposals for clients
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent in experience
- Relevant experience in training & learning is an extra asset.
- Persuasiveness and courage to recommend Ahlex to customers and participants in a friendly and assertive way.
- Customer service mindset, and good communication skills
- Good organizational talent with hands-on approach
- Comfortable with change and complexity, and working in a start-up environment
- Experience with digital learning platforms (LMS) is a plus
- A good knowledge of Dutch, French, English.
