Your Mission
As a Digital Ecosystem Owner, you are responsible for AHLEX’s digital learning ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy & development
- Continuous improvement of the LMS and website
- Aligning digital platforms with the training offer
Platform management
- Maintaining website content, structure, and performance (SEO, UX, and analytics)
- Coordinating system integrations
- Day-to-day management of the LMS
User experience
- Supporting the Learning Design team in publishing content and configuring courses
- Developing templates and guidelines for consistent design and navigation
Analysis & reporting
- Tracking statistics and reporting to management
- IT support
- Ensuring data protection
- Managing IT equipment (proper functioning, updates, migrations, etc.)
- Providing support in the digital experience center
Marketing & communication
- Supporting the marketing team in event promotion and follow-up
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience
- You are interested in everything related to ICT/software
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You speak Dutch/French/English
