- Describe the security measures and technologies employed at airports globally and identify those that are most appropriate for their airport environment.
- Define the terms ‘threat’ and ‘risk’ and conduct a basic security risk assessment.
- Explain the role of human factors in aviation security.
- More effectively promote and maintain a positive security culture across their airport.
- Better assess the effectiveness and ensure the quality of their airport security program.
- Recognize best practices for responding to security incidents.
- Identify the steps required for successful implementation of a Security Management System (SeMS).
