Unauthorised or unapproved aircraft parts pose a major risk to aviation safety. In this 45-60-minute e-learning, you will learn to recognise suspect parts (SUPs), handle reports correctly and understand the importance of documentation and regulations. Targeted at Parts Suppliers, Material Buyers, Inspectors, Technicians and Maintenance Organisations, the course offers practical examples and test questions to test knowledge and skills. The course concludes with an exam, which requires a score of 75%. Participants receive an AM&TS certificate, valid for 2 years. Available in English.
This course is created with the intention to increase the level of awareness on SUPs and to provide the means for Parts Suppliers, Material Buyers, (Quality) Inspectors, Technicians and Maintenance organisations to detect and report SUPs to the aviation authorities. This course takes about 45-60 minutes to complete.
Training slides are followed up with question slides. These question slides are included in the training to test your knowledge, skills and attitude towards Suspected Unapproved Parts. At the end of the course you will receive a final examination. For both you need to pass with a score of 75% or more
