Module 1 – Introduction to aviation

Target Audience

The training is ideal for anyone who needs a general introduction to the airport environment and to communicate effectively in a multilingual operational context.

Objectives

This training course is aimed at people considering a career in the aviation industry. The aim is to enable participants to understand the airport environment and specific terminology in Dutch/French and English in order to increase their adaptability at an airport.
The training enables the participants to identify the causes and situations that necessitate the use of such jargon.

At the end of this training, the participant will have an understanding of:

• Knowledge of the airport environment
• Knowledge of airport jargon in Dutch/French and English
• Knowledge of cargo jargon in Dutch/French and English
