This training handles analytical thinking and professional problem solving in aircraft maintenance. Participants learn how to troubleshoot, diagnose, analyse and make safe decisions in complex and high-pressure situations without relying on guesswork or “quick fixes.” The module introduces structured diagnostic methods such as logical troubleshooting, the 5 Why method and Ishikawa analysis, while also highlighting the importance of communication, root cause thinking and decision making under pressure. The goal is to strengthen safety, reliability and maintenance quality through disciplined and evidence-based thinking and through continuous improvement.
