Summary
This training shows the behavioural and communication skills that are essential for safe and efficient aircraft maintenance operations. Participants learn how to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, supervisors and external partners, especially during high-risk moments such as shift handovers, troubleshooting and time pressure situations. Efficient methods for radio communication and reporting such as SBAR are explained and the prevention of communication failures is an important topic. The module also covers teamwork, assertiveness and conflict management. In addition, participants reflect on stress, mental workload and the impact of attitude, ownership and collaboration on safety culture and operational reliability.
