Short summary

An APOC manager plays a crucial role in the coordination and optimisation of airport operations. This training provides an in-depth understanding of AOP, ACDM and TAM and how they are related within the Airport Operations Centre. Participants develop skills in crisis management, decision-making and leadership, and get hands-on experience through realistic scenarios and a VR simulation. In addition, the training includes a visit to the Brussels Airport APOC and question-and-answer sessions with experienced managers. The training lasts 5 days, is delivered in English and concludes with a certificate.
