An Airport Operations Center serves as the central hub where operational partners monitor airport activities, share information and coordinate decisions in real time.

This training gives participants a practical understanding of APOC operations, Total Airport Management and airport crisis management. It develops the soft skills and decision-making capabilities required to perform effectively in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.

The training also supports aviation emergency preparedness by aligning with key regulatory principles, including Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 on aerodrome emergency planning, coordination, training and competence, as well as ICAO Annex 14 principles on coordinated emergency response
