Modern airports are complex environments where many stakeholders must collaborate to ensure safe, efficient, resilient and reliable operations. An Airport Operations Center serves as the central hub where operational partners monitor airport activities, share information and coordinate decisions in real time.
This training gives participants a practical understanding of APOC operations, Total Airport Management and airport crisis management. It develops the soft skills and decision-making capabilities required to perform effectively in high-pressure, multi-stakeholder environments.
The training also supports aviation emergency preparedness by aligning with key regulatory principles, including Commission Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 on aerodrome emergency planning, coordination, training and competence, as well as ICAO Annex 14 principles on coordinated emergency response
