Safety Management Systems Training – ACI online

Summary

This Safety Management Systems Training course introduces participants to the key principles, processes and regulatory framework of Safety Management Systems (SMS), with particular attention to ICAO and U.S. FAA requirements.

Participants learn how a proactive SMS approach helps airports identify hazards, manage safety risks and continuously improve safety performance. The course covers the four main SMS components: Safety Policy, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and Safety Promotion.
