Introduction to aviation

Short summary

Working at an airport requires a good understanding of the environment, processes, and terminology. During this training, participants are introduced to the different areas of an airport, the operation of an aircraft, and the main regulations. They learn airport and cargo jargon in Dutch, French, and English, enabling them to communicate smoothly in an operational context. The training also covers passenger and cargo processes, emergency procedures, and security regulations. The training lasts half a day and concludes with a certificate. Available in Dutch and French.
