Short summary

They learn airport and cargo jargon in Dutch, French, and English, enabling them to communicate smoothly in an operational context. The training also covers passenger and cargo processes, emergency procedures, and security regulations. The training lasts half a day and concludes with a certificate. Available in Dutch and French.
