Plain English – 32 hrs

Short summary

In the 32-hour course, participants deepen their knowledge of Plain English for airport operations. They learn to give more detailed instructions, paraphrase experiences and expectations, and express themselves better in both everyday communication and critical scenarios. The course includes a refresher of ICAO phraseology, focusing on the use of specialist terminology and following instructions on the manoeuvring area. Upon completion, participants will receive an Aviato Academy participation certificate and ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4 certificate.
