Objectives
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
- Explain how visual aids contribute to airside safety in normal and low visibility conditions.
- Identify and accurately interpret the meaning of key runway and taxiway:
- Markings
- Signs
- Lighting
- Markers
- Recognize the markings, signs, lighting, and other aids used to identify unserviceable areas, works areas, and obstructions.
- Understand your responsibilities when it comes to visual aids.
