Summary

This Human Factors Safety Training course introduces participants to the fundamental principles of Human Factors and their impact on safety and human performance in airport operations.

Participants learn to recognise factors that can contribute to human error, understand their relationship with Safety Management Systems (SMS), and apply practical strategies and Human Factors frameworks to reduce risks and improve airport safety.
