Airside employees
This part of the course covers cargo handling in the cargo warehouse. It contains several objectives to ensure a thorough understanding of the applicable measures for the safe handling and storage of air cargo.
Inspect, handle, store and determine the airworthiness and weight limits of the ULD (Unit Loading Device). Summarizing the ULD certification process or identifying the different types of ULDs and their loads is a knowledge that candidates will need to acquire.

I’m a strong problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and risk mitigation. As a trainer, I balance real-world experience with clear instruction to help learners see the full picture. As a Station Manager in several countries, I successfully opened new routes and managed complex logistics while improving customer service. I’ve also worked as an auditor for City Bird and shared my knowledge as an instructor at Mermoz Institute and Formco in France. My passion lies in mentoring future aviation professionals and continuously improving operations. My experience spans both civil and military aviation worldwide, always with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and excellence.
