Passionate aviation mechanic and technical trainer with over 30 years of experience in the Belgian Air Force. I’ve worked on a wide range of military aircraft, both in maintenance and instruction. As Human Factors trainer, I founded Smart Worker to promote safety and reduce human error in technical environments. I specialize in technical communication, jet engines and quality assurance for major aerospace companies. Today, I offer consulting, training, and certification services for aviation and industrial organizations.

I'm a passionate aviation professional with 7 years of experience in cargo build-up, load mastering, and ground operations supervision. I’ve logged countless flight hours as a Loadmaster and have hands-on expertise with various cargo aircraft, especially the 747. Safety, efficiency, and protocol are at the core of every mission I lead, worldwide. My adaptability and communication skills have been key to successful operations across cultures. I’m a strong problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and risk mitigation. As a trainer, I balance real-world experience with clear instruction to help learners see the full picture. I tailor my message to different audiences and learning styles. I believe advanced training must be innovative, inclusive, and future-ready. As a team leader and educator, I ensure no one is left behind. Aviation is fast-moving and so is how we should learn.

With over 40 years in aviation, I've built deep expertise across Lost & Found, Operations, ticketing, and load control. As a Station Manager in several countries, I successfully opened new routes and managed complex logistics while improving customer service. I’ve also worked as an auditor for City Bird and shared my knowledge as an instructor at Mermoz Institute and Formco in France. My passion lies in mentoring future aviation professionals and continuously improving operations. My experience spans both civil and military aviation worldwide, always with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and excellence.
