IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Checklist Refresher – Immersive Experience

Summary

The IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Checklist Training provides practical, hands-on training in the correct application of the IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Checklist. Participants develop a structured approach to dangerous goods acceptance through realistic shipment scenarios and interactive exercises, strengthening their ability to identify non-compliances and ensure safe, accurate and compliant acceptance of dangerous goods consignments.

Target Audience

This training is intended for personnel responsible for processing or accepting dangerous goods consignments by air (Function 7.3). It is designed for participants who have completed the applicable IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations training and wish to strengthen their practical skills in using the Dangerous Goods Acceptance Checklist.

Objectives

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

• Apply the IATA Dangerous Goods Acceptance Checklist using a structured and consistent approach.
• Verify dangerous goods consignments for compliance with the applicable IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).
• Identify and respond appropriately to errors, discrepancies and non-compliances during the acceptance process.
• Apply theoretical knowledge confidently in realistic operational scenarios.
• Contribute to safe, accurate and efficient dangerous goods acceptance procedures.
