IATA CEIV Pharma – Refresher course for Key Personnel

Summary

Designed for CEIV Pharma key personnel, this refresher course reinforces the knowledge and practical skills needed to maintain compliance with CEIV Pharma requirements. Participants will review the latest developments in the CEIV Pharma program, Temperature Control Regulations (TCR), quality management, risk assessment and internal auditing to support continuous improvement across pharmaceutical cold chain operations.

• Implement all steps of an internal audit of your cold chain operations

• Complete the IATA temperature controlled cargo audit checklist
• Write a professional audit report with conclusive data analysis
• Apply audit findings to ensure quality across your operations

Additional information

Entry requirements: participants must hold a valid certificate from the IATA Audit, Quality and Risk Management for Temperature Controlled Cargo course. If you do not hold a valid certificate you must first complete our Basic CEIV Pharma Course.

As the course is delivered in English, a minimum English language proficiency equivalent to ICAO Operational Level 4 is recommended.
