Ramphandler working on the ramp requires specific knowledge of aircraft maintenance, ground handling practices and safety. This training prepares participants to work effectively and safely with aircraft, focusing on ramp services and the stakeholders involved. The training covers standard terminology, cooperation between different parties at the airport and key safety and security procedures. Participants learn about airside facilities, aircraft turnaround schedules, and proper practices for using ground handling equipment. The course concludes with an exam and is available in Dutch, French and English.
