Short summary

Working at an airport requires a good understanding of the environment, processes and terminology. During this training course, participants are introduced to the different areas of an airport, aircraft operations and key regulations. They learn airport and cargo jargon in Dutch, French and English, so they can communicate fluently in an operational context. The training also covers passenger and cargo processes, emergency procedures and security regulations. The training lasts half a day and concludes with a certificate. Available in Dutch and French.

Objectives

The first day at an airport can be somewhat overwhelming, with a lot of new information being communicated.

If one has never worked at an airport before, this can be overwhelming. The e-learning ‘Introduction to Air Cargo’ explains the most important topics and processes in air cargo.

This way, you will be well prepared to work in a complex airport environment.

After completing the e-learning, you will have the necessary basic knowledge about air cargo.
