Working at an airport requires a good understanding of the environment, processes and terminology. During this training course, participants are introduced to the different areas of an airport, aircraft operations and key regulations. They learn airport and cargo jargon in Dutch, French and English, so they can communicate fluently in an operational context. The training also covers passenger and cargo processes, emergency procedures and security regulations. The training lasts half a day and concludes with a certificate. Available in Dutch and French.
