Summary
This introductory training provides participants with a solid understanding of the airport and air cargo environment. Participants gain insight into airport operations, the key stakeholders and processes involved in air cargo, and the terminology commonly used in the industry. The course also introduces the regulatory framework, security requirements and operational procedures needed to work confidently and effectively in an airport environment.
