The Managing Operations During Construction course provides guidance to airport operators and other stakeholders on how to plan for and manage operations during airport construction projects. It is designed to help you produce better and more appropriate plans for the management of, and safe operation during, construction.
This course describes lessons learned and best practices identified by airports that have experience in managing airport operations while construction projects are underway. It also explores a case study to further enhance your understanding of how to successfully manage operations during construction.
