I am a trainer, ICF transformation coach, author, and speaker with a passion for personal growth, human development, and business transformation. With a background in psychology, communication, and leadership, I bring clarity, empathy, and energy to every session. For over a decade, I have supported professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams through change by focusing on mindset, resilience, and authentic connection. My interactive style blends storytelling, practical exercises, and group dialogue, with expertise in leadership, emotional intelligence, team communication, and confidence-building. Fluent in several languages, I adapt my approach to diverse professional settings. What drives me is helping people think deeper, act bolder, and grow in alignment with their values, because true transformation begins with courage and connection.

I work as a trainer at Ahlex and I’m grateful to be part of such a unique organisation dedicated to learning and growth. With a degree in applied linguistics, I specialise in language training, helping others build confidence in their communication skills. What drives me most is seeing learners evolve from hesitant beginnings to speaking and acting with growing confidence. That transformation gives me both energy and purpose. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where trainees feel comfortable making mistakes, celebrating progress, and learning from one another. Every group I work with brings fresh perspectives and challenges, and I continue to learn alongside them. For me, learning should always be practical, interactive, and empowering and that is what I bring to every session. Helping others discover confidence in their skills is not just my job, it’s my passion.

As a language trainer at Ahlex, I draw on my background as a sociologist and former integration officer. To me, language is more than a skill, it is the key to meaningful participation in both the workplace and society. My courses blend practical learning with a strong focus on the individual. Each lesson is tailored to the group’s work environment and learning path, enabling participants to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and speak with confidence. At Ahlex, I bring together my social perspective and personal approach. What drives me is helping people grow stronger by building their confidence, step by step, to truly master the language.
