Leadership in action (Level 3)

Summary

Middle managers and operational managers play a key role in translating strategy into action, leading teams and making decisions under pressure. When leadership becomes the core of the role, it requires greater impact, stronger decision-making skills and the ability to remain resilient in complex situations.

This intensive 3-day training strengthens practical leadership, self-leadership and decision-making. Participants learn to communicate with greater impact, make deliberate decisions under pressure, manage challenging team dynamics and create the conditions for sustainable motivation and performance.

Through realistic workplace situations, exercises and simulations, participants develop leadership skills and tools that can be immediately applied in their daily management role.

Additional information

The training consists of three full workshop days and is explicitly grounded in the day-to-day reality of middle managers.
