Language immersion in English – Advanced

Summary

The Advanced English Language Immersion course builds on participants' existing English language skills, helping them communicate more fluently and confidently in complex social and professional situations.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants explore topics such as culture, work and everyday communication. The course focuses on refining oral communication, expanding vocabulary, strengthening grammatical accuracy and improving pronunciation, intonation and fluency.

Target Audience

This training is intended for individuals with an advanced knowledge of English who want to further develop their fluency, accuracy and confidence in social and professional communication.

Objectives

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

• Engage confidently in complex conversations and group discussions
• Express and defend opinions and viewpoints clearly and effectively
• Communicate fluently in a variety of social and professional situations
• Apply advanced grammar and sentence structures with greater accuracy
• Understand complex spoken English, including different accents and speaking speeds
• Improve pronunciation, intonation and overall speaking fluency
• Communicate more independently and spontaneously in English

Additional information

Before the training, participants complete an ELAO language assessment to determine their current language proficiency level.

A native English speaker fluent in Dutch, French, and Korean, I have supported learners at all levels in both academic and corporate settings since beginning my career in South Korea in 2002.
