In this advanced programme, experienced trainers learn how to further refine their skills. The focus is on in-depth analysis of learning objectives, target group-oriented teaching and optimising interactive work formats. During the classroom training, participants receive feedback on their preparatory assignment and work with real-life examples to improve their teaching techniques. The training consists of an e-learning as preparation and a 1-day classroom session. Available in Dutch, French and English.

• Develop and create a structured lesson plan with various didactic tools such as presentations and practical exercises;

• Evaluate and analyze feedback given and received, taking into account specific participant questions and cultural differences;

• Describe and reflect on their own development to continuously improve their skills and training.
