This course builds on the A2 level and prepares participants to communicate confidently at B1 level. With a specific focus on the aviation industry, participants further develop their vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills to communicate effectively in professional situations. The course emphasises the use of more complex language in a variety of workplace scenarios, including problem-solving and customer interactions. Participants strengthen their ability to communicate independently and confidently in an English-speaking work environment.
Non-native English-speaking employees who have completed an A2 level of English and wish to further develop their language skills in order to communicate more independently in a professional environment.
After completing this training, participants will be able to:
Understand and use more detailed and formal language in work-related situations.
Engage in conversations with clients, colleagues, and supervisors about both work-related and everyday topics.
Handle unexpected situations, such as managing complaints or emergencies, by using appropriate language.
Actively participate in meetings and group discussions within the organization.
