Short summary
This course is specially designed for non-native aviation employees who want to deepen their A2 level and communicate independently in a variety of work situations. You will learn to use more complex language, communicate in a customer-oriented way and respond effectively in unexpected situations, such as complaints or emergencies. With extra focus on formal language, problem-solving and active participation in meetings and group discussions, you will be prepared to function confidently in a professional environment. After a compulsory ELAO language test, you will receive an official AHLEX certificate on successful completion. Work on your future and discover the power of professional language skills!
Target Audience
Non-Dutch-speaking employees who already have an A2 level and want to improve their Dutch to function more effectively in a professional environment.
Objectives
After completing this training, the participant will be able to:
- Understand and use more detailed and formal language in work-related situations.
- Engage in conversations with clients, colleagues, and supervisors about both work-related and everyday topics.
- Handle unexpected situations, such as managing complaints or emergencies, by using appropriate language.
- Actively participate in meetings and group discussions within the organization.
