Short summary

Working at height involves risks. During this one-day course, you will learn how to work safely with scaffolding, ladders and suspended scaffolding. You will gain insight into legislation, risk management and the correct use of fall protection. Theory focuses on regulations, anchoring plans and the use of ladders and mobile scaffolding. In practice, you practice material control, assembly plans and the safe assembly and disassembly of scaffolding. The course concludes with a theoretical and practical exam. After successful evaluation, you will receive a certificate valid for 10 years. Ideal for anyone who regularly works at height. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Training available in Dutch and French.

Target Audience

This training course is suitable for the following target group(s):

  • Anyone who occasionally works at height and uses scaffolding, aerial work platforms, ladders, stairs, etc.

Objectives

The aim of this training is to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to work safely at heights and to assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding under the supervision of a competent person.

Discussion of the regulatory aspects, technical concepts, risks and protective equipment applicable to this type of work.
