Working with an electric pallet truck

Short summary

Operating an electric pallet truck safely and efficiently requires an understanding of operation, driving techniques and load handling. During this course, participants learn to apply safety regulations, report defects preventively and limit damage to the environment. Both theory and practice are covered, focusing on stability, battery management and interaction with other road users. The training lasts half a day and is completed with a certificate. Available in Dutch and French.

Target Audience

This training is suitable for the following target group(s):

• Novice drivers with little or no experience.
• Any employee who needs an electric stacker for his work during the day.

Objectives

Acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to learn to work with an electric pallet truck in an effective and safe manner.

Train the drivers so that they can report defects/malfunctions preventively and thus prevent accidents/injuries.

Learn the operation, load handling and driving techniques to reduce damage to the environment due to transport.
